Nathan Weinberger founded Weinberger Lawyers in 2020 after practising as a lawyer since February 2011 at leading law firms and as in-house counsel for one of Australia's largest private companies founded and led by one of Australia's wealthiest individuals.
Nathan has acted on large and small matters, including as lead advisor on market-leading commercial transactions, all types of property matters and engaging with Government Authorities and Courts, Commissions and Tribunals on related matters.
Nathan consistently brings a decisive, focussed and strategic approach.
Nathan navigates complexity and nuance to pursue client objectives and explain legal concepts simply and clearly.
Nathan brings deep financial literacy and commercial acumen having come from a family of business owners and, in addition to his Bachelor of Laws, also has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) .
Nathan has been at the forefront of tax policy development as the Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society (Young Lawyers).
Nathan was named one of ten finalists of all lawyers in the Construction & Real Estate 30 Under 30 Awards of Lawyers Weekly in 2018.
Nathan has also served as a Debating Adjudicator in the Catholic Schools Debating Association for a number of years.
